When I travel, I eat, it’s basically the only thing I’ll go out of my way when traveling. Here are some of the places I visited around the world.

Food

I love traveling just to eat and always look for new places to eat so I can come up with new ideas to cook. Being a product person myself, there are a lot of correlations to product management in the world of restaurants from the entire experience to plating and the taste.

So far the faves around the world! Some of these places I’ve visited a few times.

So far out of all the experiences what are the memorable and stands out the most?

  3. Blue Hill at Stone Barns

Coffee

My love for coffee started when I lived in Colombia where I attended a few barista schools.

Currently, I use:

  • Chemex

  • Hario V60 drip scale

  • Baratza Encore grinder

One of the coffee schools I went with my friend Jake Forsberg - this one was only 1 day and was the very first one I went to.

One of the coffee schools I attended in Medellin - this one was 1 day.

These are my favorite places I source beans:

Colombia

I think some of the best coffees comes from Colombia!
